Thank You & Exciting Spring Events – Plus a Sneak Peek at Summer!

We want to take a moment to express our gratitude to all of our amazing volunteers and generous donors who joined us for our Volunteer and Donor Appreciation Dinner. Your support and dedication keep Newark Valley Community Connection thriving, and we are so thankful for all you do!

As we head into spring, we have an exciting lineup of events you won’t want to miss:

🎶 Line Dancing Night – Wednesday, March 20 at 6:30 PM Come dance the night away! Whether you're a pro or a beginner, this is a great chance to learn some moves and have fun with friends. We plan to have line dancing the first and third Thursdays of the month.

🎬 Free Movie Night – Saturday, March 22 at 6:30 PM Join us for a relaxing evening at the movies! Bring your family, grab some snacks, and enjoy a great film with the community.

💍 Sterling Silver Jewelry Workshop – Saturday, March 30 Get creative and craft your very own sterling silver jewelry piece. A great opportunity to learn something new and take home a beautiful handmade item!

Big Spring Craft Fair – Saturday, April 5 Our Spring Craft Fair is almost here, and we have some exciting new additions! Along with an incredible lineup of vendors, we’re featuring a Chocolate Tasting Bar, a Build-A-Bunny Workshop, and a Friendship Bracelet Making Table for the kids. It’s going to be a fantastic day of shopping, creativity, and community fun!

🎨 Mosaic Workshop with Jablon Studios – April 13Join us for a special workshop led by Jablon Studios, where you’ll create a unique mosaic masterpiece. A perfect opportunity to try something new and make a beautiful piece of art!

🐰 Bunny Story Hour – April 19 A fun and festive storytime for little ones, celebrating all things spring and bunnies!

🔥 Chicken BBQ Dinner, Cornhole & Live Music with The Dean Goble Band – April 26 Enjoy a delicious BBQ dinner, try your hand at cornhole, and kick back with live music from The Dean Goble Band. A perfect day of food, fun, and community!
